PKR leader's second session with ACA – Malaysiakini

PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim was at the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) headquarters in Putrajaya this morning for the second round of questioning over his police report alleging fabrication of evidence regarding his 'black eye' incident in 1998.Malaysiakini

He arrived at the ACA HQ at 9.50am to continue giving his statement on the alleged fabrication of evidence in the 1998 incident. (read here)

Musa was the investigating officer and Gani led the prosecutor in the case in which Anwar had been beaten up by the IGP then, Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor.

Anwar, who was accompanied by lawyers R.Sivarasa and Param Cumaraswamy, emerged from the ACA office at 1.15pm.

busy busy man..anyway, good thing the PM removed Musa and Gani from the current investigation and possible prosecution of the sodomy charge. At least it is seen to be done.

Now that Musa has taken court action to clear his name, let's hope our court can be fiercely independent and no Augustine Paul or another judge of similar quality as presiding judge this time. I note Musa's lawyer is the one who is currently defending one of the accuseds in Altantuya's case. Let's pray for justice w/out fear or favour. To Malaysian judiciary it's yr opportunity to prove something. Don't waste it.
